Job Responsibilities

The work is varied and distributed across different positions. It includes staffing our reception, transcription, and other administrative tasks. In the reception, you will greet patients and invoice and distribute certain orders and diabetes aids as needed. Other administrative tasks include case management in 1177, handling outgoing and incoming external/internal mail, checking functional mailboxes, managing administrative cases in TeleQ, administering in various healthcare systems, handling referrals, and distributing incoming prescriptions. As a medical secretary, you will also be the local system administrator, which means you manage the unit's permissions in the healthcare system.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a healthcare administrator/medical secretary, has education in Health and Medical Care Administration 80 credits (KY) or equivalent medical secretary training. Knowledge of the Cosmic journal system and previous work in primary care is an advantage.

As a person, you are service-oriented and proactive, you enjoy working independently, but also have good collaboration skills. You like variety in your work and can easily switch between different tasks. Since the workload is variable, it is important that you can prioritize among tasks. We also see that you, together with us, have a strong interest in business development. We place great importance on personal suitability – empathetic, engaged, and competent.
